[NAVER Z] ZEPETO Global Service Operations Internship (Experiential)

About the Department

The Global Ops Team oversees the global service operations of ZEPETO. It draws and implements strategies to ensure that the characteristics and trends of each country are reflected in the service. The team also facilitates smooth communication with overseas branches with the support of the HQ.

1. ZEPETO Global Service Operations (English-speaking regions) Internship

Job Overview

• Supporting overall operational tasks of the ZEPETO service
• Assisting in formulating operational strategies based on social media content trends
• Monitoring and managing ZEPETO live services
• Assisting with quality control of content on the ZEPETO platform
• Supporting service operation-related expense settlements and outsourcing management

Required Qualifications

• Available for full-time work (Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) for the contract period (approx. 3 months)
• Able to participate in all recruitment process stages (Onboarding: December 23, 2024)
• High understanding of ZEPETO and other digital services
• Strong interest in content ecosystems
• Proficient in basic computer skills, such as Excel, for organizing data and conducting research
• Capable of handling English communication tasks, including writing emails in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Quick at identifying trends and enjoys a variety of content genres
• Proficiency in additional foreign languages or overseas residency experience

2. ZEPETO Global Service Operations (Indonesia) Internship

Job Overview

• Supporting overall operational tasks of the ZEPETO service
• Assisting in formulating operational strategies based on social media content trends
• Monitoring and managing ZEPETO live services
• Assisting with quality control of content on the ZEPETO platform
• Supporting service operation-related expense settlements and outsourcing management

Required Qualifications

• Available for full-time work (Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) for the contract period (approx. 3 months)
• Able to participate in all recruitment process stages (Onboarding: December 23, 2024)
• High understanding of ZEPETO and other digital services
• Strong interest in content ecosystems
• Proficient in basic computer skills, such as Excel, for organizing data and conducting research
• Proficient in Indonesian (language proficiency must be clearly stated in the application)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in English communication, including writing emails
• Quick at identifying trends and enjoys a variety of content genres
• Experience residing in Indonesia

3. ZEPETO Global Service Operations (Thailand) Internship

Job Overview

• Supporting overall operational tasks of the ZEPETO service
• Assisting in formulating operational strategies based on social media content trends
• Monitoring and managing ZEPETO live services
• Assisting with quality control of content on the ZEPETO platform
• Supporting service operation-related expense settlements and outsourcing management

Required Qualifications

• Available for full-time work (Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) for the contract period (approx. 3 months)
