Trainee Development Team / Trainee Manager (Intern & Experienced)

With the goal of debuting the final successful candidates, we focus on improving individual skills through personalized lessons and training. Beyond skills, we strive to cultivate the qualities and attributes necessary for an artist, such as personality and visuals, through systematic management and operation divided into Lesson Training, Mental Care, Aesthetic Treatment, and Life Management. YG's Trainee Development Team is looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

[Who We're Looking For]

☑ A person with a positive and sound value system who can serve as a role model for trainees.
☑ Someone capable of caring for foreign trainees through foreign language skills.
☑ A person with quick comprehension and flexibility to respond effectively to variables.
☑ Someone who can communicate with teenagers based on empathy and respect and guide their growth decisively in line with goals.

[Responsibilities]

✔ Operate lessons and practice sessions to enhance and develop individual trainee capabilities.
✔ Provide mental care through in-depth individual counseling and close management.
✔ Operate special lecture programs for personality, cultural refinement, and cultural experiences.
✔ Conduct monthly evaluations.
✔ Develop personalized branding plans and document individual progress.

[Qualifications]

✔ Intern: Candidates with an associate degree or higher and strong understanding of relevant work.
✔ Experienced: Candidates with an associate degree or higher and 1-6 years of relevant experience.
✔ Common Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Japanese communication.
• Interest in the entertainment industry.
• Strong communication skills, including with teenagers, and an active approach to tasks.

[Preferred Qualifications] (Not mandatory)

✔ Holder of a Class 2 General Driver's License.
✔ Proficiency in English, Chinese, or Thai.

[Employment Type]

• Intern: 3-month contract (Regular employment review based on performance evaluation before contract ends).
• Experienced: Permanent position (3-month probationary period).
