Recruitment Positions

1. Beauty Global Online MD – Internship (6 months)

What You Will Experience!

• Gain insights into global business by working in an organization that grows twice as much every year.
• Experience sales growth and business expansion through managing global platforms.
• Develop logical thinking by analyzing and assessing issues based on data.

Your Responsibilities

• Support operations and management of global online platforms (Amazon, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.)
• Conduct market research and trend analysis in the global beauty industry to derive insights
• Assist in online marketing strategy development and promotional planning/execution
• Perform data analysis and report writing for sales optimization
• Support inventory and export management

What We Require

• Bachelor's degree holders or those expected to graduate soon
• Business-level English proficiency is required (proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus)
• Basic understanding of the global online MD role
• For foreign nationals, F visa holders or those eligible for a work visa

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in global markets and consumer goods (including beauty industry)
• Experience in beauty brands or relevant extracurricular activities
• Experience in global marketing or managing global commerce channels
• Data analysis and ad performance optimization experience
• Study abroad or overseas living experience
• Ability to set hypotheses logically and solve problems with persistence
• Receptive to feedback, willing to improve and grow
• Goal-oriented and proactive work attitude

2. Global Marketing – Internship (6 months)

What You Will Experience!

• Gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing and content planning for global skincare products.
• Contribute to brand awareness and sales growth.
• Learn target market marketing strategies and apply them in real markets.

Your Responsibilities

• Research global beauty market/competitors/content trends
• Localize and plan marketing content for the North American market (brand mall, ads, CRM, etc.)
• Manage influencer marketing (search, contact, collaboration, seeding guide planning, and performance analysis)
• Manage seeding and campaign result metrics and improve processes

What We Require

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
• Interest in marketing and content planning
• Flexible communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• For foreign nationals, F visa holders or those eligible for a work visa

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing and seeding
• Interest and experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry
• Regular consumer of beauty/skincare/SNS short-form content
• Enjoy communicating with influencers and handling it proficiently
• Ability to set hypotheses logically and solve problems with persistence
• Receptive to feedback, willing to improve and grow
• Goal-oriented and proactive work attitude
