Meet the TikTok Shop Team

‍In April 2024, Memebox became the first Korean beauty brand to successfully launch three brands—nooni, I Dew Care, and Kaja—on the U.S. TikTok Shop.
Notably, in June, a viral video featuring nooni’s Lip Oil reached 2 million views, setting the highest sales record on TikTok Shop.
As a result, we are looking for a talented individual to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead influencer marketing initiatives to boost sales.

Your Role

• Execute influencer seeding across global markets, including the U.S. (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• All daily tasks will be conducted in English
• Collaborate and communicate with influencers
• Research and analyze K-beauty market trends
• Support global marketing initiatives

Who We Are Looking For

• Fluent or native-level English & Korean proficiency
• Strong interest and understanding of the U.S. market and K-beauty industry
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with influencers
• Strong prioritization and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing and product seeding
• Previous experience living in the U.S.
