- Passed Level 4 or higher on the Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) (must specify in application)
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or expected to graduate by February 2025
- Proficient in business English

Document Screening → AI Competency Test → 1st Interview (including health examination) → 2nd Interview → Final Selection
