Your Responsibilities
Social Media Scheduling
- Manage social media calendars for existing and upcoming product launches
- Oversee content schedules and production across all platforms
- Organize and systematically manage content assets
Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit original content (photo/video) for social media posts
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Track and analyze key social media metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth
- Evaluate campaign performance and generate insights for future content and strategy improvements
- Prepare and share regular performance reports
PR / Community Management
- Operate brand social channels and activate online communities
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain a positive brand image
- Build relationships with key influencers and followers
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with related teams such as TikTok Shop and Amazon
- Support integrated campaigns and promotional activities
Who We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable communicating and working in English
- Capable of creating content (video shooting/editing)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest in and understanding of the beauty industry
- Effective time management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
- Proven experience responding quickly and flexibly in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills

This internship position offers the possibility of full-time conversion based on performance.An initial 3-month contract will be followed by a review of performance and organizational fit to determine eligibility for extension.Candidates who work for more than six months may be offered a full-time position.
