Your Responsibilities
Social Media Calendar Management
- Operate and manage a social media calendar for both existing and newly launched products
- Oversee content scheduling and production across all platforms
- Organize and maintain content assets in a structured manner
Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit original photo and video content for social media posts
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key social media metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth
- Evaluate campaign performance to derive insights for future content and strategy improvements
- Create and share regular performance reports
PR & Community Management
- Manage brand social channels and foster online community engagement
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain a positive brand image
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and followers
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with relevant teams such as TikTok Shop and Amazon
- Support integrated campaigns and promotional initiatives
Who We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- A portfolio of short-form content (required)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience or strong understanding of the North American beauty market
- Comfortable working in English
- Capable of producing content (video shooting and editing)
Nice-to-Haves
- Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
- Proven problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills
