Introduction to Global Market Growth Lab
Global Market Growth Lab is dedicated to fostering the growth of in-house and distribution brands in the global market.
We collaborate with our partners to distribute and market products from in-house and distribution brands. We are looking for individuals who can deeply consider ways to enhance brand awareness, ensuring that our exceptional products reach international customers.

Responsibilities

1. Influencer Marketing Support
   • Support for influencer seeding of key products and new items
   • Draft and follow up on shipping requests
   • Collect and archive content
   • Provide support for offline event execution
2. Local SNS Marketing and Operations
   • Operate By Wishtrend RU's Telegram and VKontakte channels
   • Manage Dear, Klairs CIS Instagram account
   • Assist in creating content for SNS
3. Russian Translation
   • Translate brand introductions, training materials, and leaflets

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Russian
• Proficient in Korean communication
• Strong understanding of the Russian beauty market
• Eligible to apply for or hold an F visa or a work-eligible visa (for foreign nationals)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience living in Russia
• Interest in influencer marketing
• Experience or high understanding of brand SNS management

Hiring Process

Employment Conditions

• This position is for an internship, with a committed working period of six months.
