🔹 Eligibility
- Entry-level job seekers preparing for employment
- Women who have experienced career interruptions due to marriage, childbirth, or childcare
- Women from multicultural families and overseas migrants
- Anyone, regardless of gender or nationality, who wants to grow as a beauty creator
🔹 Number of Participants
- 36 participants (both men and women)
🔹 Selection Process
1st Document Screening > 2nd Interview Screening > Final Selection
Only those who pass the document screening will proceed to the interview stage.
🔹 Key Dates
- Document Screening: April 21, 2025 (Monday) – April 23, 2025 (Wednesday)
- Interview Screening: April 29, 2025 (Tuesday) – April 30, 2025 (Wednesday)
- Orientation Ceremony: May 7, 2025 (Wednesday)
- Training Period: May 13 – June 5 (Every Tuesday & Thursday, 14:00-17:00)
- Practical Training Period: June – September
※ Attendance at all scheduled events, including the orientation, is mandatory (failure to attend may result in disqualification).
※ Training Location: Near Gangnam-gu, Seoul

- Beauty Creator Training Curriculum (Twice a Week for 4 Weeks)
- Systematic training by experts in beauty, environment, and content creation
- Beauty trend training by LG H&H professionals
- Workshops and hands-on environmental programs
- Team Mentoring Based on Participant Characteristics
- Practical Training and Additional Education
- Thematic mission tasks
- Selection of outstanding mission participants and reward distribution
- Additional training on beauty and environmental topics
- Completion Ceremony
