Responsibilities
- Research skincare market, competitors, and content trends.
- Propose seeding topics and plan content guidelines.
- Manage influencer outreach, communication, and seeding distribution.
- Oversee seeding results, metrics management, and process improvements.

- Capable of smooth collaboration.

- Native-level English proficiency.

- Strong interest in beauty and skincare.
- Experience in selling products through blogs, Instagram markets, or similar platforms.
Internship Recruitment Process

- Language proficiency: Specify proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking, selecting from Native, Business, Conversational, Limited, or Other (specify).
- Language test scores: Provide test scores regardless of expiration. If you have over one year of overseas residence experience, scores are not required.
- Pre-assignment:
Create a seeding plan for ANUA products according to the following questions.- Based on thorough prior research on the North American skincare market, select ANUA products you wish to seed, and state the reason for your selection, the USP you’d like to highlight, and the content topic you'd request for uploads.
- Define up to three key criteria for influencers to receive seeding and explain the reasoning behind your choices.
- (Assumption) If 100 seeding tasks must be completed in a month, explain how you would manage your work to meet this goal.
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Lunch: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)
- Start Date: Negotiable
- Duration: At least 3 months
- Work Location: 8th and 10th floors, Parnas Tower, 521 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul
The office has relocated to Parnas Tower near Samseong Station to provide a more spacious and comfortable environment for focused work.
