Essential Information

• Employment Type: Contract
• Recruitment Type: Internship (6-month Internship, followed by consideration for conversion to a permanent position)
• Work Location: Bundang (Pangyo)

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be a foreign national and either a graduate of a 4-year university or set to graduate by February 2025 (must be able to work full-time, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
• Must hold TOPIK Level 5 or higher
• Foreign nationals residing in Korea with the goal of domestic employment (F-4 visa holders are not eligible)
• Must be able to obtain a work visa for employment in Korea

Responsibilities

• Support HR business partner tasks at overseas subsidiaries (e.g., recruitment and HR management)
• Manage global HR systems and labor-related matters for overseas employees
• Research international labor laws and HR trends
• Provide support for new overseas business initiatives

Required Skills

• Proficiency in English communication

Preferred Qualifications

• European nationals (EU and UK nationals preferred)
• Ability to communicate in European languages, such as German
• Experience in global business development or HR projects
