Team Introduction

Sticker.ly is the world's No. 1 global chat sticker platform, used by 440 million people worldwide. It allows anyone to easily create, distribute, and use stickers and emojis on platforms like WhatsApp and iMessage. Since its launch in 2019, over 3 billion stickers have been created, with renowned brands such as Coca-Cola and Netflix, as well as various digital artists, using Sticker.ly to design and distribute sticker packs.

Job Overview

• Manage and operate content on the Sticker.ly platform for Indonesian users.
• Support content operations improvement through communication with local creators, trend research, and data analysis.
• Assist in managing Sticker.ly's social channels and planning/creating viral content.
• Support product localization and product marketing efforts.
• Handle customer support and assist with user communication.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time for the contract period (approximately 3 months) [Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM].
• Availability to participate in all stages of the hiring process [Start Date: February 17, 2025].
• Fluency in Indonesian (language proficiency must be included in the application).
• Ability to operate and plan content based on an understanding of local trends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience living in Indonesia for 3+ years or the ability to communicate freely with native speakers.
• Experience managing social media channels or planning and creating content.
• Experience using Sticker.ly or similar services.
• Proven ability to work independently and improve processes.
• Experience in data analysis and meticulous attention to detail.
