Common Qualifications
- Foreign nationals eligible for visa issuance and employment in Korea
- Graduated or expected to graduate before August 2025 (Must be able to join in September 2025)
- Holders of TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) Level 3 or higher
- Scores obtained between March 9, 2023, and March 9, 2025, are accepted.
- Those without a valid language score must obtain and submit it by August 2025.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Design/Construction/Outsourcing Management
- Review of design documents, establishment of construction plans, and management of site progress/quality/safety/environment
- Contract management, cost control, and support for various permits and approvals per project

- Majors related to Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
