1) Creative Planning
AI 기술과 무한한 상상력을 바탕으로, 전례 없던 아티스트를 상상하고 현실로 이끌어내는 과정을 설계하는 포지션입니다.
기존 엔터테인먼트 산업에서 경험할 수 없는 혁신적인 제작 프로세스로 AI 아티스트만의 정체성(Identity)과 세계관을 구축하고, 캐릭터·성격·말투·감정 구조·관계성 등 통합 페르소나를 기획합니다.
무드보드와 레퍼런스 리서치를 기반으로 크리에이티브 콘셉트를 디벨롭하며, 글로벌 팬덤 인사이트와 최신 트렌드 리서치를 바탕으로 새로운 아티스트의 방향성을 제안합니다.

2) Creative Production
기존 엔터테인먼트의 문법이 아닌, 새로운 관점에서 AI 아티스트를 시각적으로 구현하는 포지션입니다.
세상에 없던 아티스트의 서사와 정체성을 콘텐츠로 해석해, 팬들이 직접 보고 느끼며 경험할 수 있는 형태로 만들어냅니다.
다양한 포맷과 플랫폼에 맞춰 기획, 제작에 참여하며, 기존과는 다른 제작 프로세스를 기반으로 AI 아티스트 콘텐츠 전반을 내부·외부 크루들과 함께 만들어갑니다.

Open Positions
1) Creative Planning
A role that designs the process of imagining and bringing unprecedented Artists into reality through AI technology and boundless imagination.
Through innovative production processes rarely experienced in traditional entertainment, you will build the unique identity and universe of an AI Artist—developing integrated personas including character, personality, tone of voice, emotional structure, and relational dynamics.
You will develop creative concepts based on mood boards and reference research, and propose the direction of new Artists through global fandom insights and trend research.
Key Responsibilities:
2) Creative Production
A role that visually produces and realizes AI Artists from a new perspective beyond conventional entertainment frameworks.
You will interpret the narrative and identity of unprecedented Artists into content that fans can see, feel, and experience directly.
Participating in planning and production across various formats and platforms, you will collaborate with internal and external crews to create AI Artist content based on a production process different from traditional models.
